Help signing in
Your email address and password
Sign in with the email address you registered or were invited with, and the password you chose.
Capital letters in your email address do not matter. Capital letters in your password do.
The six-digit code
After your password, you are asked for a six-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone. Open the app, find the entry called Electron, and type the code it is showing now.
The first time you sign in, you are shown a square code to scan with the app. If you do not have an authenticator app, install one from your phone’s app store first.
A code changes every few seconds. If it is refused, wait for the next one and try again.
If you have lost your phone
Ask your administrator to remove the second step from your account. The next time you sign in, you will set it up again on your new phone.
If you have forgotten your password
Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and type your email address. We will email you a link for choosing a new password. The link stops working after a while, or once it has been used. If that happens, ask for a new one.
